Brook Street Social Care NMR is seeking a skilled Tenancy Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tenancy Support Specialist, you will provide vital support to individuals at risk of homelessness, helping them access benefits and sustain their tenancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general practical and emotional support to service users to promote their independence and recovery.
- Respond appropriately to chaotic and challenging behavior to promote the wellbeing of service users and staff.
- Support individuals at risk of homelessness and provide an effective and responsive supportive service.
- Liaise with referral teams and agencies to ensure seamless support.
- Passion and desire to help individuals struggling with their tenancy and at risk of homelessness.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- A DBS on the update service.
- Professional or personal experience working with vulnerable adults.
