Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and kind Support Worker to join our team at Enable Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will engage with service users in their homes, providing personal care, medication support, and social activities. You will work closely with our team to develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users
* Provide personal care, medication support, and social activities
* Advise and support service users in managing their daily life
* Promote service users' self-esteem and enable them to express their preferences and make choices
* Enhance service users' confidence and coping abilities
* Enable service users to maintain appointments and commitments

Requirements:

* Hold a current and valid Care Certificate
* Have previous care experience (training provided)
* Be competent in Microsoft Word/Excel
* Have a current driving licence and access to a car
* Have an enhanced DBS clearance
* Be committed and value-driven

Working Hours:

To Be Agreed – Typically 20 to 25 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Job Type:

Maternity and Holiday Cover – Part-time. Flexible Contract.
