About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Old Vicarage Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with others
  • Maintain accurate records of residents' care and activities
  • Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery
