Commercial Sales Manager

Lochinvar Ltd is seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Manager to represent the company in the South West of England.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the area meets its sales revenue objectives. This will involve extensive travel across the specified territory and occasional visits to our Banbury Head Office.
Main Responsibilities:
- To grow business with existing customers
- To identify and develop new business opportunities
- To deliver effective sales presentations to various customer types
- To maintain an excellent level of knowledge on Lochinvar products and their applications
- To stay up-to-date on competitor products and industry trends
- To manage the CRM database, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- To create and update opportunities within CRM
- To work efficiently with other departments and colleagues to resolve customer issues
- To represent the Company at industry events and build relationships through entertainment
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial HVAC or a related field
- Ability to understand boiler and water heater applications in commercial systems
- Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office packages and ERP software
- Effective time management skills
- A solution-selling approach
- Basic financial knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Residency within the sales territory
This role comes with a company vehicle or vehicle allowance and mileage payments in line with our Vehicle Procurement Policy.
We estimate the salary for this position to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
