Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to manage our existing client base, develop new business opportunities, and deliver outstanding results. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio, ensuring maximum value from existing relationships while identifying new revenue streams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 250+ active accounts across Southern England, prioritizing growth from existing clients and developing strategic partnerships
  • Implement effective pricing, product mix, and margin management strategies to optimize account performance
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the security or safety industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and ability to develop effective partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies
