About the Service

Solace Women's Aid provides specialist support services to women living in refuge who face various challenges. The Multiple Disadvantage role focuses on providing tailored support to women who have experienced domestic or sexual violence, mental illness, or substance abuse.

In this position, you will work with survivors living in Bexley borough to devise a support plan that meets their immediate practical and emotional needs. This may involve linking them into more specialist support services, undertaking risk assessments, and developing safety plans.

Your aim is to promote social inclusion, encourage independence, and build up a support network for these women, enabling them to engage with other services and start the recovery process.

The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
