Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Leader to join our UK Commercial team at Theramex. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our Women's Health products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic medical plans to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest clinical knowledge and attend scientific meetings to inform product development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes in medical approvals and collaborate with marketing teams to deliver brand plans.
  • Organize and participate in scientific meetings and educational programs to enhance medical expertise.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
  • Proven experience in Medical Affairs with final signatory status and a strong leadership track record in international medical projects.
  • Previous experience working with launch products and NICE submissions is highly desirable.
Salary:

£80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
