About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Affairs Consultant to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Medical Affairs Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our consulting business unit and building positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a healthy Advisory Group and overall Consulting business unit.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.

Requirements:

  • MBA or a graduate degree in a life sciences field.
  • Known authority in medical affairs commercial strategy; able to leverage external network to improve profitable revenues and market positioning.
  • A strong history of successfully selling, delivering, and growing consulting revenues.
