Women's Rowing Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Women's Rowing Coach to join our team at King's College London Boat Club.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to coach a motivated and focused group of women, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced rowing coach to make a real difference in the lives of our athletes.

About the Role:

  • Coach a well-organised and motivated group of women
  • Develop and implement a weekly training program
  • Assist with summer crew selections ahead of Henley Women's Regatta

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Women's Rowing Coach, preferably with Tideway coaching experience
  • Ability to develop and implement a weekly training program
  • Confidence in dealing with athlete selections

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £30 per hour, dependent on experience
