Case Worker: Empowering Women in Enfield

Solace Women's Aid is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team in Enfield. As a key member of our Amari Project, you will play a vital role in supporting women who have been sexually exploited, trafficked, or exited prostitution.
About the RoleWe are looking for two part-time Housing Support Case Workers who possess excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a passion for empowering women to achieve independent living. Your primary responsibility will be to provide casework support to women living in our supported accommodation, conducting risk assessments, and developing client-led support plans tailored to their needs.
You will work closely with service users to address their goals around education, training, and employment, as well as providing support to improve their health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will be responsible for house management, ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard, and coordinating regular health and safety checks.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge and experience of supporting women who have experienced trafficking and sexual exploitation.
- Awareness of the impacts of trauma on survivors of trafficking and sexually exploitation.
- Experience managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group.
