Transform Mental Health Care with Our Senior Practitioner Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Social Worker/AMHP practitioner to join our integrated multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, training, and shaping of mental health social work practice and service delivery, demonstrating creativity to make a real difference in vulnerable people's lives.

This leadership role provides an exciting opportunity for an imaginative and dynamic social work practitioner motivated to assert social recovering and empowerment models, working in meaningful partnerships with service users, their carers, and families.

In this position, you will have the autonomy to deliver a first-class service to adults, children, and their families, supported by a stable management team and positive working relationships with North London Partnership - Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden & Islington Foundation Mental Health Trust.

The role also offers excellent professional development and training opportunities, including individual and group supervision, within a supportive learning environment that encourages personalisation in mental health care.

As part of the London Borough of Enfield, you will be employed by the local authority and seconded to the NHS Mental Health Trust, benefiting from collaborative working arrangements between both organisations.

We are looking for someone with strong coordination and planning skills, focusing on prevention, recovery, wellbeing, and dignity outcomes, who can thrive in a culturally diverse borough with good transport links into Central London.
