Women's Support Services Coordinator

Advance Charity is a leading provider of emotional and practical support to women and girls survivors of domestic abuse, supporting women with short-term sentences to reduce offending.

Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for delivering holistic one-to-one community support to women involved in the Criminal Justice System, helping them break the cycle of offending.
You will work closely with women and community partners to build relationships, create individualised support packages, and ensure successful progression through and beyond probation supervision.
Your Skills and Experience- Strong administrative skills and understanding of compliant behaviours
- Good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions
- Experience working with individuals under the supervision of the National Probation Service or in custody
- Strong relationship-building skills with women and community partners
- A competitive salary of approximately £32,500 per annum
- An exceptional 30 days of paid holiday per year (pro rata for part-time), PLUS public holidays on top
