Regional Sales Manager - Ruminant Feed Sales Opportunity

Noble Futures is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the animal and agricultural related industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our farming customers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue in the ruminant feed market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the animal feed industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ruminant feed market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
