Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Development Representative for the Walkers brand, you will manage your own territory, visiting approximately 10-15 stores daily. This role requires self-motivation, strong time management skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • You will provide bespoke service to each customer, advising them on best-selling products, upcoming offers, and sharing your passion for the brand.
  • While this role involves individual performance, you'll also be part of a supportive team that provides expertise and knowledge. You'll have the opportunity to champion an aspect of the role for your team, fostering collaboration and growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting cash and carry locations to collect stock.
  • Planning your daily schedule using your call file to ensure each store benefits from your visit.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to maximize service delivery.
  • Creating, growing, and maintaining your personal portfolio of clients.
  • Achieving and exceeding business KPIs.
  • Championing an aspect of the role for your team.

Qualifications

  • Full, manual UK driving license.
  • Proven selling skills.
  • Basic IT proficiency.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A positive and persuasive attitude towards your work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working to targets.
