As a Category Executive, you'll be responsible for category analysis, insight development, and delivery, as well as owning customer category opportunities through the full category management process. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to highlight opportunities and risks that impact Kellogg's growth, and develop and communicate category narratives to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Engagement: Be the expert on your category area, working with RGM, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and risks that impact Kellogg's growth.
  • Effective Communication: Own category and in-market reporting to identify relevant insights that drive business performance, and share category narratives monthly across the business.
  • Category Acumen: Category management responsibility and support for specific customers, building compelling category recommendations and actions to grow category sales, and influencing to execute range reviews in line with customer timings and objectives.
  • Commercial Mix Management: Manage product portfolio with customers through our Look of Success to drive category sales and manage our mix, delivering perfect store for the shopper through merchandising principles across all formats and environments to drive ease of shop.

  • Curiosity, passion, and ownership for growing the category through winning with Kellogg.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insight and good prioritization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Great relationship building skills to work effectively cross-functionally.
