Customer Care Pharmacy Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Care Pharmacy Coordinator. As a key member of the dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding results. Your duties will include tailoring conversations with customers to ensure they receive tailored advice, working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, and contributing to the growth of our business. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible holiday allowance, Boots Retirement Savings Plan pension scheme, and discretionary annual bonus scheme.
