Construction Project Economist Role

GirlingJones is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our Bristol office team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive project success and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address their needs.
  • Prepare and manage tender and contract documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of recent experience in Construction Consultancy, preferably MRICS qualified or working towards Chartered status.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with JCT & NEC contracts is desirable but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary range of £60,000 - £80,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
