**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Barratt Developments plc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in managing the construction of residential developments across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will work closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the construction of residential developments from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, NHBC requirements, and building regulations
  • Monitor and control costs, including approving payment to contractors and trades
  • Initiate and attend plot inspections with Local Building Inspectors or NHBC representatives
  • Carry out New Home Tours with Sales Advisors and customers to ensure satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Chartered Institute of Builders membership or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in residential development management
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and relevant legislative requirements
