Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Management and delivery of design projects.
- Creation of design programmes and scope.
- Briefing the design team on contractual obligations.
- Determining specialist subcontractor procurement strategies in collaboration with site teams.
- Ensuring timely submission and approval of reviewable design data.
- Supporting commercial and technical reviews of specialist subcontract tender returns, establishing interfaces, and reviewing alternative designs.
- Preparing technical submissions for client approval, including proposals for alternative designs, systems, components, products, or materials.
- Attending and chairing relevant meetings, recording progress, and delivering updates.
- HNC or equivalent qualification in construction or design-related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
- Expertise in developing and implementing design management tools and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with current CDM and Building Regulations.
- UK driving licence.
