Job Overview:

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our Regional Building - South West team, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring the financial success of construction projects.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves calculating costs, managing suppliers and sub-contractors, and becoming an expert in contracts, financial management, and contract law. You will also assist with compiling data to monitor project performance, meet with professionals, clients, and customers to obtain and provide information, and undertake costings and measurements using research data.

Requirements:

  • Level 6 qualification, such as a Chartered surveyor degree achieved through university work and work-based experience
  • Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A* - C (4-9) in Maths, English Language & a Science
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Practical and logical qualities with a methodical way of thinking
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Fully qualified driving licence or test booked before August 2025
