We are a professional services company that delivers high-performance distribution hubs for a multi-national client.
Our team is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead the delivery of several distribution hubs in the South West of England. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, ideally from a consultancy background, with experience within the industrial & logistics/warehouse sectors.
The Construction Project Director will oversee and deliver projects from RIBA 1 to 7, working closely with corporate clients to ensure successful outcomes. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, as well as relevant certifications in project management (e.g., APM).
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience within the industrial & logistics/warehouse sectors
- Delivered projects from RIBA 1 to 7
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
