About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to join our growing team in Exeter.

As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will be responsible for managing a range of projects, from initial assessments to completion, and will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

Relevant degree or qualification in building surveying or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale construction consultancy.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package, with a minimum annual income of £60,000 for Senior Building Surveyors and up to £80,000 for Associate Directors.
