Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Tilbury Douglas. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the analysis, preparation, and management of all costs associated with construction projects.

Responsibilities will include participating in cost assessments, managing suppliers and sub-contractors, and assisting with data compilation to monitor project performance. You will also have opportunities to work with various professionals, clients, and customers to obtain and provide information related to land, property, or construction.

Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for the duration of the placement
  • Commit to a 12-week summer placement during summer 2025
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings (with training)
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional and dynamic team environment
  • Practical and logical qualities with a methodical way of thinking
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid pro-rata for placements)
  • At least 12 weeks placement on live construction projects
  • Opportunity to be sponsored by Tilbury Douglas while at university and join us as a graduate on completion of your degree

  • 20 days annual leave calculated on a pre-rata basis
