Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and motivate the site team, supervise all direct labor as necessary, and coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population.
  • Achieve cost-conscious management by adopting and promoting effective cost-saving strategies.
  • Prepare, review, brief, and update method statements and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement project plans, programmes, and resource allocation to deliver projects safely, profitably, and on time.
  • Provide monthly progress reports and ensure that method statements, risk assessments, and approval documents are in place for all site activities.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors and materials to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in the construction industry, preferably in residential projects.
  • Holding a valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
  • A full UK driving license.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure reflects the importance of the role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.
