We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager Lead to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile construction projects from inception to completion.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing building projects, including JCT and/or NEC contract administration. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, maintaining a proactive approach, and overseeing sub consultants and contractors to ensure quality delivery.

In this role, you will support account managers with monthly reports and weekly client updates, managing project changes, and contribute to project governance and fee management activities.

You will also be responsible for understanding and managing clients' programme and project objectives, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant construction qualification, such as RICS, APM, or CIOB membership or candidate status.
  • Highly motivated, independent worker with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion, with a strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration.
Benefits
