About the Role

GKN Automotive is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating workshops to provide Manufacturing Processes requirements, analyzing and optimizing end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing processes, and ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to provide Manufacturing Processes requirements for SAP S/4HANA Implementation.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing functionalities for maximum efficiency.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
  • Lead efforts to integrate SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions through thorough testing and validation.
  • Support the training material preparation, review, and approval for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives and facilitate communication and training to ensure a smooth transition to new SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Master Data, Materials Requirement planning, Production Execution and Quality Management.
  • Technical background and ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Ability to understand the impact of issues on business and identify suitable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within the Quality-Manufacturing domain.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage Quality-Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision.
  • Experience of working in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
  • SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing certifications are a plus.
Education and Language Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Good English language - both verbal and written.
