SAP S/4HANA Procurement Solutions Analyst

Role Overview: GKN Automotive is in search of a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Solutions Analyst with a strong background in Procurement processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in our transition from various ERP platforms and interconnected systems to a unified SAP S/4HANA ERP system across all GKN Automotive facilities.

As a key decision-maker in the design of Procurement processes, you will ensure that business needs are fulfilled while aligning with the overarching goals of the program and adhering to SAP best practices. You will actively advocate for the standardization and simplification of processes throughout the GKN organization.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Deployment: Organize workshops to outline the comprehensive Procurement Processes requirements, including Sourcing and Operational Procurement, Material Requirements Planning, Central Procurement, Service Procurement, Invoice Management, Subcontracting process requirements, and Spend analytics for precise solution design. Process Enhancement: Evaluate and refine end-to-end procurement processes, utilizing SAP S/4HANA functionalities for optimal efficiency. Collaborate closely with procurement stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate them into an integrated SAP S/4HANA solution. Advise procurement business stakeholders and promote industry best practices. Requirements Collection and Documentation: Gather, document, and manage business requirements. Ensure that all facets of the business processes are captured in the documentation to facilitate accurate solution design. SAP S/4HANA and GKN Procurement (iValua) Integration: Spearhead initiatives to seamlessly integrate SAP S/4HANA and iValua solutions, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end procurement operations. Testing and Quality Assurance: Guarantee the quality and integrity of procurement-related SAP S/4HANA solutions through comprehensive testing and validation. Support the testing process and communicate defects/issues to the implementation team for resolution. Training Assistance: Aid in the preparation, review, and approval of training materials. Serve as a primary contact for procurement-related SAP S/4HANA inquiries, providing timely support and solutions. Change Management: Assist in change management initiatives. Facilitate communication and training to ensure a seamless transition to the new procurement-related SAP S/4HANA solution. Procurement Reporting and Analytics: Leverage SAP S/4HANA procurement analytics tools to deliver insights and support decision-making processes. Digital Strategy/Transformational Project Execution: Implement and deliver components of the digital roadmap, applying agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

Over 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on SAP S/4HANA procurement modules. A technical background with the capability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. An understanding of the impact of issues on business and the ability to identify suitable solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the procurement domain. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage procurement stakeholders. The ability to influence others and work towards a common vision or goal. SAP S/4HANA certifications in Procurement are advantageous.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English – both verbal and written
