SAP S/4HANA Quality Manufacturing Senior Analyst
About GKN Automotive: GKN Automotive stands as a leader in the development of conventional, all-wheel, and electrified drive systems and solutions. With a robust global presence, we design, develop, manufacture, and integrate a wide array of driveline technologies for a significant portion of the world's automotive manufacturers.
Role Overview: GKN Automotive is in search of a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality (QM) Analyst with a strong background in Manufacturing - Quality processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in our transition from various ERP platforms and interconnected systems to a unified SAP S/4HANA ERP system across all GKN Automotive facilities.
This role is critical in making key decisions regarding process designs within the Manufacturing and Quality sectors. The candidate will ensure that business needs are fulfilled while aligning with the overarching goals of the program and adhering to SAP best practices. A commitment to standardizing and simplifying processes throughout the GKN organization is essential.
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Implementation: – Organize workshops to outline the comprehensive Manufacturing Processes requirements, including Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management needs for precise solution design. Process Enhancement: – Evaluate and refine end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing processes, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing functionalities for optimal efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to comprehend their needs and translate them into cohesive SAP S/4HANA QM-Manufacturing solutions. Provide guidance to Manufacturing business stakeholders and advocate for industry best practices. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: – Collect, document, and manage business requirements. Ensure that all facets of the business processes are captured in the documentation to facilitate the appropriate solution design. SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing Integration: – Spearhead initiatives to integrate SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions, ensuring data consistency and efficient end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing operations. Integration with Other Applications – Lead discussions on requirements necessary for integration with Engineering and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Testing and Quality Assurance: – Guarantee the quality and integrity of SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions through comprehensive testing and validation. Support the testing process and communicate any defects or issues to the implementation team for resolution. Training Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of training materials. Serve as a primary contact for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing inquiries, providing timely support and solutions. Change Management: – Facilitate change management initiatives. Promote communication and training to ensure a seamless transition to new SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions. Quality-Manufacturing Reporting and Analytics: – Leverage SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing analytics tools to deliver insights and support decision-making processes.To excel in this role, you will possess:
Over 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Master Data, Materials Requirement Planning, Production Execution, and Quality Management. A technical background with the capability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. An understanding of the impact of issues on business and the ability to identify appropriate solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the Quality-Manufacturing domain. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage Quality-Manufacturing stakeholders. The ability to influence others and drive towards a shared vision. Experience in the Automotive Industry is advantageous. SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing certifications are beneficial.Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Language Skills: Proficient in English – both verbal and written
