Sales Development Representative Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Mentor SDRs: Provide guidance on prospecting, outreach, and follow-up strategies to ensure high performance and consistency in meeting lead generation goals.
- Recruit and Onboard SDRs: Build a high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, and training new members.
- Conduct Coaching Sessions and Performance Reviews: Set clear expectations, development goals, and track progress to ensure the team's success.
- Develop Outreach Strategies: Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, optimizing processes for lead generation, email sequences, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Analyze Key Metrics: Track and analyze data to improve SDR performance and pipeline quality, making informed decisions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Align strategies to ensure seamless hand-offs of qualified leads and communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain innovative and effective outreach strategies.
