Specialist Support Worker - Empowering Young Adults to Thrive

We are seeking an experienced Youth Support Specialist to join our innovative Transitions Project in County Durham. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support and guidance to young individuals, helping them navigate life transitions and acquire essential life skills.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality support services to empower young people to live safely and independently.
  • Assist in developing crucial life skills such as budgeting, cooking, accessing education, and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure the well-being and success of our service users.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent.
