Youth Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Youth Support Specialist to join our team at The Talent Hub. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to young people, including helping with personal care and daily living tasks.
You will assist in planning and implementing activities that promote learning, socialisation, and personal growth, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of the young people.
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent is required for this role, as well as a driving licence and access to a vehicle. You can expect a competitive salary of £12.38 per hour, along with excellent benefits, including enhanced DBS check paid for by the company and a healthcare plan.
