\About the Role:\

This role is an exciting opportunity to join WG Jones as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone communications, responding to inquiries, and developing efficient filing systems.

\Main Responsibilities:\

  • Manage phone communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems to facilitate quick access to documents.\
  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance the business's online presence and engage with customers.\
  • Process customer orders and track inventory levels to ensure smooth transaction of administrative functions.\
  • C coordinate courier transport and manage consumable supplies to optimize business operations.\
  • Prepare and issue certificates of compliance and invoices as required by clients.\
  • Monitor and track subcontractor orders and consumable purchases to ensure timely delivery.\
  • Contribute to process development and report writing efforts to drive business growth and improvement.\
  • Demonstrate level-headedness in high-pressure situations and display agility in responding to changing business needs.\\[Key Requirements:\

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Have worked within a manufacturing environment and applied knowledge and skills to drive success.\

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
