Future Select Recruitment is a reputable and well-respected provider of Asbestos Services in the North East of England. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Administrator / Trainee Laboratory Analyst.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling site staff to work appropriately, ensuring accommodation arrangements when required. Additionally, they will carry out effective document control, training in carrying out sample analysis using PLM and stereo microscopy, and ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 248 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling site staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet client expectations.
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping.
  3. Providing support to laboratory analysts in conducting sample analysis and quality control procedures.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  5. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least [£24,000] to [£32,000] per annum + benefits package.
  • Extensive experience working within an administrative role in the Asbestos industry.
  • Experience working within an Asbestos laboratory would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
