We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.



Job Description


As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating high-quality care services in the community, working closely with our team of dedicated care workers to deliver exceptional outcomes.



Required Skills and Qualifications


You will need to be an experienced Care Coordinator with excellent organizational and communication skills, passionate about providing the best in community care. You will thrive on managing rota's to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
