At Durham University, we are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Faculty Administrator to support the Faculty Executive Team. This varied role involves providing administrative support, liaising with staff at all levels, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

About the Role
  • This position requires on-site working but offers opportunities for hybrid working arrangements once training and induction are completed.

The postholder will receive a mix of informal and formal training to ensure they have the necessary understanding, skills, and confidence to complete their work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Faculty processes and administrative tasks.
  2. Provide administrative assistance to members of the Senior Management Team.
  3. Liaise with staff, including senior external stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
  4. Organize events, visits, and meetings, and perform general office operations.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
