We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in residential settings, promoting their well-being and personal development.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding care and support. They will be responsible for assisting with daily care and support tasks, as well as planning and implementing activities that promote learning, socialisation, and personal growth.

We take pride in ensuring that our homes are Ofsted registered and compliant with all relevant regulations. We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support to young people, including helping with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Assist with planning and implementing activities that promote learning, socialisation, and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of young people.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous experience working with children, young people, or applicable life experience.
  • Flexibility.

Salary:

£12.38 per hour.
