The Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Residential Care Worker - Children to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings, promoting their personal development, learning, and socialisation.

Key responsibilities include providing daily care and support to young people, assisting with planning and implementing activities, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of the young people.

A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent is required for this role, as well as a driving licence and access to a vehicle. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.38 per hour, along with a range of excellent benefits, including enhanced DBS check paid for by the company and a profit share scheme.
