Job Overview

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Care Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to care staff, supporting residents with complex needs, and ensuring clinical excellence through tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical nursing, including medication management and infection control procedures.
  • Supporting residents with complex needs and dependency levels.
  • Ensuring clinical excellence and developing tailored care plans.
  • Promoting a culture of dignity and respect within the care environment.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified NMC Registered Nurse with experience in clinical assessment tools and writing comprehensive care plans. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care are essential.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at around £44,500 per annum, based on 38.5 hours worked per week. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid Annual NMC Registration, access to Wagestream, and Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements.
