About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Specialist to join our team at Thornfield Grange, a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.

Job Overview

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users by providing outstanding care and support. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to service users, promoting their independence and autonomy
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records of service user information, incidents and observations
