**Job Description:** As a Secondary Education Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to students in secondary schools. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Education or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for delivering cover lessons, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education to students in various subjects and year groups
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans
  • Support students with special educational needs

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Education or related field (Degree, TA, HLTA, Post-16, Youth Work, or Outdoor Education)
  • Experience working in secondary schools or similar settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
