Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Assistant Teacher to join our team in Durham. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver individualized support to students who require additional help.
As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with Autism or other special needs. You will work in small groups, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage learners and promote their academic and personal growth.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young people's lives. Your empathetic nature and ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents will be essential in ensuring the success of our students.
