Educational Support Worker

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Educational Support Worker to join our team in Durham. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist students with Autism or other special needs, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will work in small groups, using your exceptional communication skills to engage learners and promote their academic and personal growth.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young people's lives. Your empathetic nature and ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents will be essential in ensuring the success of our students.
