We are seeking a Special Education Needs Support Worker to join our team in Darlington.

About the Role

This role involves providing targeted support to students with learning difficulties, working closely with the class teacher and senior staff to ensure their individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, understanding their individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and senior staff to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
