Job Description: As a Support Worker with Leader Education, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) outside of a school environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing Individualized Support:

  • Delivering tailored support plans for each student, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Building strong relationships with students, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support services.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13, plus additional benefits, including:

  • A refer-a-friend bonus scheme: £100 per referral (terms apply).
  • Free CPD training, including Team Teach.
  • Ongoing support from our dedicated consultant team.
  • Potential permanent contract after a qualifying period.
