About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This rewarding position involves travelling across Tyneside and Durham to deliver tailored support services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to service users, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role, showcasing a strong work ethic and commitment to person-centred care.
  • A valid driver's license is essential due to the geographical area covered.
  • Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
