Adult Care Worker

Pertemps Network Group is recruiting a Learning Disability Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in the Bishop Auckland area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives and develop your career in adult care.
Role Details:- Full-time position, operating Monday-Thursday (8:30-16:30) and Friday (8:30-16:00).
- Salary: £22,369 per annum (£11.63 per hour).
You will work with groups of adults, planning and delivering engaging sessions that promote independence, social interaction, and community involvement. A contributory pension scheme, healthcare package, holiday buy-back and Cycle2Work schemes, and free refreshments and discounted lunches are also part of the benefits package.
This role is suitable for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting vulnerable adults and has a passion for making a positive impact on their lives. Previous experience in adult care is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
