Job Opportunity: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Durham.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being. You will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.

The estimated salary for this position is £12,820 - £14 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • To work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months, ideally 2 years, recent work experience as a Home Care Worker.
  • Your own car preferred (due to the location of certain sites).
  • Current DBS on the online update service.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.
