As a Care Assistant at Bluebird Care Durham North, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their daily needs. This may include assisting with personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting overall health and well-being. You will also be involved in helping customers maintain their independence, enabling them to continue living in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administering medication, as prescribed by our medical team
- Promoting customer health and well-being through various activities and exercises
- Supporting customers with mobility issues, using equipment where necessary
Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is caring, patient, and understanding, with a strong desire to help others. You should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be flexible with your working hours. A full UK driving license, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK are also essential.
