Your Role
This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of others by providing specialist care and support to our service user. You will work closely with our compassionate team to promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Key responsibilities include engaging in hobbies and interests, managing clinical care needs, and promoting a calm environment. Essential skills and qualifications include 3 months previous care experience, medication administration, personal care, moving and handling, and clear communication skills.
Pay and Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from £13.00 - £16.00 per hour, with approximate hourly earnings of £65.00 - £80.00 for 5-hour day shifts and £112.00 - £128.00 for 8-hour night shifts. Additional benefits include flexible hours, confirmed rotas, holiday pay, full clinical training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
