Salary Information

The pay rate for this position is subject to experience and qualifications.*

Our salary range is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on your skills and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding nursing care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and outstanding patient satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nurse qualification (RGN or RMN).
  • Experience in a leadership or management role within a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
